RESERVATION POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:
Arrival & Departure: CHECK-IN TIME IS 2PM.
IF YOU REQUIRE THE ROOM BEFORE 2PM PLEASE ADVISE US OF YOUR ARRIVAL TIME. WE WILL DO OUR UTMOST TO HAVE A ROOM READY FOR YOUR EARLY ARRIVAL BUT THIS CAN NOT BE GUARENTEED.
IF YOU WISH TO GUARENTEE A ROOM FOR AN EARLY ARRIVAL PLEASE ALSO BOOK FOR THE NIGHT BEFORE.
On the day of your departure, you must vacate the room no later than 10.00 am. For guests that wish to check-out later will incur a surcharge on top of the room rate.
Guarantee Policy: Your reservation can be guaranteed by paying a deposit within 7 days after your reservation is confirmed or 2 days prior to arrival (whichever comes sooner) or by submitting your credit card details as a “guarantee of arrival”. (Note: You must use a credit card to guarantee an online booking)
Your guaranteed reservation will be held for you on your scheduled day of arrival. If you are unable to meet this reservation please ensure your booking is canceled in accordance with the cancelation policy set out below to avoid any unnecessary cancelation fees.
Cancelation Policy: Best Western may charge a cancelation fee to your credit card or retain all or part of any deposit paid if notice of cancelation is not received 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time. When booking via Best Western Reservations (online, email or phone reservations) you will be given a confirmation number, this number should be quoted if you need to cancel, change or reconfirm your reservation.
